RETURNS / REFUNDS / WARRANTYS

Once orders are received, we endeavour to pack and post them within 2 business days. If, for whatever reason there is a delay in your order, you will be contacted via phone call and email.

 

Once your order is processed and lodged with Australia post, your invoice online will be updated with the tracking number.

Please note, due to COVID - 19 interferences, Australia Post are experiencing a turn around of roughly 16 business days.

We will not refund / Exchange due to postage delays, unless your item is deemed lost.

Returns / Refunds

If you are unhappy with the items ordered and received, you are entitled to a refund / credit in line with the current Australian Consumer Law (ACCC). Each refund or return case will be treated with the upmost respect and within a swift manner.

Change of minds will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, the item must be sent back in its original state and postage is at your expense unless discussed otherwise.

If you receive your item and its damaged / faulty please let us know within 7 business days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Please do not dispose of the item, all damaged goods are inspected and used for training / feedback purposes.

Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
